Appointments

Walk-in clients are welcome, however appointments are preferred. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by patients with previously scheduled appointments.

Payment

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. We do not offer payment plans.  For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash and personal checks.

CARE CREDIT - The Alternative Way to Pay

Our hospital now offers Care Credit, an independent company that provides financing for physicians, dentists, and veterinarians.  See our Care Credit link for more information.

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. 

We prefer all cats to arrive in an appropriate cat carrier or on a harness and leash.  This is for your cat's safety as they tend to be very skittish when traveling.  If you would like to purchase a cardboard carrier, we can provide you with one.
